Flexilab and Sunquest are back up, and users can now log back into the system.
These systems are currently processing a backlog of inbound transaction messages. Until this processing is complete there will be delays in displaying and modifying external orders in Flexi and sunquest (OER and ORM). Label printing will also be delayed. Thank you for your patience as the system is restored to real-time processing.At this time it is still considered down.
Current Status:
Up, but processing a backlog of external messages

PAML IT Downtime Notification for 2 PSC locations
Date: 10/23/2014 3:53:00 PM System: Network
Incident ID: 20141023-1553
Issue Description:
At this time at least 2 sites are reporting a network outage for both phones and internet. The sites are PACLAB PSC at Medical Arts Ctr Renton and PAML PSC YVFW Wapato. Both of these are on Centurylink, and Centurylink is aware of line outages in both of these areas.
Current Status:
DOWN. Technicians from Centurlink have been dispatched to both of these locations to address the down lines.
