Search   Enter partial or exact search criteria for a test name
or synonym.

Search (advanced)   Clicking on the advanced box allows an
expanded search criteria to also include any of the following:
order code, CPT code or portions of reference range.

Order Code (exact)   Enter search criteria for the exact
order code.

Interface Code(s)   Enter partial or exact search criteria for the
interface code.

Allergens   All allergen tests are now listed under the Allergens
button at the bottom of the Alphabetical keypad.


Questions/Comments

All tests that are both ordered and performed will be billed to the
appropriate payor under the guidelines provided by that payor and
in accordance with all Federal state, and local laws and regulations.
